All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


 

Damages

 

wellwanted.pk is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. 


 

Missing or Stolen Shipments

 

If you did not receive your order but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please contact us at info@wellwanted.pk or 0326 9392949 as soon as possible. We will work with you to investigate the issue and find a resolution.
