What is the Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item, ordered on WellWanted.pk replaced?

Replacement Guarantee

All physical products sold on www.wellwanted.pk are covered under our Replacement Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Replacement guarantee will be guaranteed only if reported within 5 business days from the date of delivery.

In order to get a defective item replaced

  •  Contact Customer Care via the CONTACT US PAGE  or call us, within the Specified Replacement Guarantee Period of that product(s)*
  •  The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible.

Please note –

  •  Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with shycart.com.
  •  Replacement is offered for the products sold by www.wellwanted.pk only.
  •  The return of the product after receiving the order is not entertained unless a defect/damage is found. If the return is to be processed for the received order due to personal reasons, the order should be sent back to our office address in Chennai.
  •  There is NO return option for Undergarments/Intimate Wear/Tummy Belts/Corsets/Menstrual Products/Shapewears,etc., in general due to hygiene reasons.
  •  There is NO return option for products which are incorrectly ordered / no longer required. Also, in case of return, the product has to be shipped by the customer and upon verification of no-defect in the product returned, Well Wanted will initiate the refund deducting the shipping cost incurred by Well Wanted. The customer needs to get a Doctor opinion/guidance on using the product sold in Well Wanted before ordering as some customer might be allergic to few products, since the results vary from person to person on multiple factors. Hence the return of products or refunds in case of any health issues/ allergic reactions on using the product will not be entertained.

How do I cancel an order on WellWanted.pk? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on WellWanted.pk?

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the Replacement Guarantee above.

Cancellation fee of Rs.150 Or based on the double volumetric charges, (as calculated by our courier partners ) whichever is higher, will be deducted when the order is cancelled after dispatch from our end. No cancellation charges are applicable if the order is cancelled before the dispatch from our end. This also applies to orders that are rejected by customers during delivery, orders getting returned to origin due to incorrect mobile number, incorrect pincode given or any other incorrect address information given during order placement.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement –

  •  Damages due to misuse of product;
  •  Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  •  Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
  •  Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers;
  •  Digital products and services;
  •  Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty;
  •  Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;
